Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping & Handling:


  1. Upon receiving all necessary information, all orders are processed and shipped within one week of initial request. Backorders need to be reordered. 
  1. The shipping cost varies upon destinations. You will only be charged by the shipping company.
  1. We ship most orders by UPS as they are reliable and on time with their deliveries. 

Damaged or Lost Items

Inspect your shipment immediately and notify us of damages and shortages in shipments. Visible or concealed damage to merchandise should be reported to our office with accompanying photographs and a written description of the damages incurred. Please hold onto any damaged or incomplete items until a claim is settled. 


Returns

When returning an item, please ensure secure packaging of the product and copy of the original invoice is enclosed. The issuing of a credit, refund, or exchange will be dependent upon the specifics of each order. We will bear responsible for shipping costs when a replacement is necessary.
